May All-Stars (Part 1): Kim Magnus, Pabst Brewery

This month, we're featuring some All-Star clients on our blog! Meet Kim Magnus, the Regional Vice President of Pabst Blue Ribbon. We asked her about the impact of improv on her team and the power of collaboration! Check out the full blog!

Describe a situation where having a “Yes, And” mindset helped you collaborate at work:

“Adopting a mindset of assuming positive intent and approaching every situation with a solution mindset is really putting the ‘Yes, and’ into play in every conversation. The difference is in the outcome; you shut a door or you opened up a business-driving opportunity. It’s a tough mindset to stay in, but once you get there, it changes the conversation dramatically.”
