Erin Diehl - Founder & CEO
Erin Diehl is a graduate from Clemson University, and a former experiential marketing and recruiting professional as well as a veteran improviser from the top improvisational training programs in Chicago including The Second City, i.O. Theater and The Annoyance Theatre.
Her work with clients such as United Airlines, PepsiCo, Groupon, Deloitte, The PrivateBank and the Illinois CPA Society earned her the 2014 Chicago RedEye Big Idea Award and has nominated her for the 2015, 2016, & 2017 Chicago Innovations award. Erin was a speaker for Disrupt HR Chicago, hosted the 2016 RedEye Big Idea Awards and has been a speaker for HRMAC Chicago, WISE Chicago, the Business Marketing Association and Emerging Leaders of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce in 2017.

Cristy von Rautenkranz-Mercier - Director of Talent
Cristy studied theater performance and education at VCU before she moved to Chicago to pursue her love for comedy. She is a graduate of the iO improvisational program, the Second City conservatory, and is an alumnus of the Second City Training Center House Ensembles.
Cristy has been a key player in improve it! since it’s conception and acts as the Director of Talent.

Allie Keller - Director of Operations
Allie Keller is an improviser, writer, director, and improv coach who has studied at Northwestern University, The Second City Conservatory, iO Training Center, Annoyance Training Center, UCB New York, and Green Shirt Studio. She has produced and directed a variety of comedy shows on stages across the country, most notably "Will You Accept This Rose: An Improvised Parody of The Bachelor“ - where she was introduced to improve it!'s Founder Erin Diehl.
She has ten years of experience in corporate training development and design and is an active member of the improve it! team as the Director of Operations.

As the Client Experience Manager at improve it!, she works closely with clients in Chicago and Atlanta to help them bring unforgettable training experiences to their teams.

As the Partnership Development Associate, she connects and serves local leaders in Charlotte, NC to share the magic of improve it!

Each of our improvisers are trained at the top theaters in Chicago and around the United States. All are active members of these organizations and perform frequently in Chicago and Charlotte. They are also business professionals who understand the need for improv in the workplace. The number of improvisers at each workshop is customized to the client’s need and number of attendees.
