Where does each event take place?

improve it! comes to you! We are not a theater with a professional development arm, we are professional development company with an improv bend. We bring what we do to your space!

Don’t have a venue for your event yet?! No problem! We have a list of preferred venues and vendors we’re ready to recommend. Just ask!


Who will be leading my event?

We have a roster of 30 incredible lead facilitators and co-facilitators. Each of our facilitators are vetted for excellence in improvisation and professional experience, and are trained in our specific improve it! methodology. We then pair our clients with our facilitators based on event timing and requirements to give you the best experience possible.


How many people can I include in a workshop?

We conduct Group Workshops for teams as small as 3 people and as large as 80 people. For groups larger than 80 - 100 people, we recommend our Interactive Keynote which allows us to present the same content in a more static fashion. We also offer one-on-one coaching for groups of less than 3 people to create a more personal experience.


What are the standard length of events?

Our standard stand-alone workshop is two hours in length. Half day engagements combine two separate workshops or events, and a full day engagement combines three separate workshops.


What’s the ROI of a workshop?

We’d be lying if we said a two-hour workshop could change your entire organization’s culture, earn your team millions, and water your crops for the rest of the year. While there is growing evidence to show the organizational and financial benefits of improv for business, we seek to instead focus on the ROO of each workshop - the return on your objective. With each engagement, we learn your objectives and challenges, provide you with a service, and then follow-up with you to make sure that we executed on your initial objective.
